This policy applies to Ageless Blueprint and https://drlizbigelow.com, operated by MD Longevity PLLC (Nevada).

1. Who we are

MD Longevity PLLC is a Nevada business operating Ageless Blueprint and this website. These terms apply when you use the website, courses and related services.

2. Educational purposes only - NOT medical advice

The paid course, free mini-course, certificates, quizzes, blog and AI guide Grace are general education only. They do not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and do not create a doctor-patient relationship with Dr. Liz Bigelow or MD Longevity PLLC. Always consult your own licensed physician before starting any therapy. In an emergency call 911.

3. Clinicians

The course does not replace professional training, licensure, scope-of-practice rules or your own clinical judgment. You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Some therapies discussed may be investigational or not approved for certain uses.

4. Your account and access

Your course license is personal, non-transferable and for one person. "Lifetime access" means for as long as the course is offered on this website. Keep your account secure. Do not share logins or redistribute, copy, record or resell course content.

5. Payments

Prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Installment plans must be paid in full. Access may be paused for failed payments or chargebacks.

6. Refunds

All sales are final, with no refunds after access has been granted, except where required by law or for duplicate or mistaken charges. Read our Refund Policy for details and support.

7. Certificates

Silver and Gold certificates confirm completion of educational content only. They are not a license, board certification, accredited credential or CME credit.

8. AI guide Grace and AI avatar

Grace is an AI assistant and can make mistakes. Do not rely on Grace for personal medical decisions. The course avatar is an AI avatar of Dr. Liz, built with her permission.

9. Intellectual property

All content belongs to MD Longevity PLLC or its licensors. Your personal access license does not transfer ownership or allow redistribution.

10. No guarantees, warranties and liability

We do not guarantee health outcomes or other results. To the extent allowed by law, the website, courses and related services are provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the extent allowed by law, MD Longevity PLLC's liability arising from the website, courses or related services is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, subject to any mandatory protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
