MD Longevity PLLC

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 7, 2026

This policy applies to Ageless Blueprint and https://drlizbigelow.com, operated by MD Longevity PLLC (Nevada).

What we collect

We collect your name and email when you sign up for the free course or waitlist, and when you choose to share them in Grace chat. We also collect your "who is this for" answer, student account details, lesson progress and quiz results, and certificate name and ID.

Stripe handles payment details. We never see full card numbers. We may receive payment status and transaction details needed to manage your purchase. We also collect basic analytics and technical data, such as browser information and site usage.

How we use your information

We use this information to deliver courses and certificates, provide support, send course-related emails and, where you agreed, marketing emails, improve the site and prevent fraud. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime.

Service providers

We use Stripe for payments, our hosting and database providers, our automation and email tools, OpenAI for Grace chat replies and ElevenLabs for Grace voice. These providers process information needed to provide their services. We do not share Grace conversations with anyone else.

Certificate verification

A public certificate verification page shows only name, level, course and date. It never shows email.

No sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information.

Browser storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember free course progress. Clearing browser storage may remove locally saved progress. We also use browser storage to keep your session and remember Grace conversation preferences.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by emailing liz@drlizbigelow.com. California and other state residents can request this too. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and may retain information where required by law.

Children

This website and its courses are not intended for children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no online service is completely secure. We retain information for as long as needed to deliver the services, maintain course and certificate records, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it where practical.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The last updated date above identifies the current version. Contact MD Longevity PLLC at liz@drlizbigelow.com with privacy questions or requests.
